Why not get out of London this half term holiday. This latest blog includes 5 Breathtaking Pub Walks in and around Surrey.
Best pub walks in Surrey and Berkshire
Richmond Park
Richmond Park in South West London, is a beautiful place to spend time. With gorgeous views of London you really can’t go wrong. Once you have enjoyed the rolling hills and the stunning Isabella Plantations why not warm up by the fire at the Lass O’Richmond Hill.

Esher Commons
One of my favourite places to take the children. There are den building opportunities and rope swings galore and when you are in the depths of the forest it feels a world away from the hustle and bustle of urban life.
If you haven’t been, it’s worth checking out my guide to Esher Commons.
Near West End Lane in Esher, you’ll find;
Garsons Farm where you can get a lovely cream tea and have a mooch round the garden centre and farm shop – https://www.garsons.co.uk/restaurant/esher
The Prince of Wales is a gastro pub and serves delicious pub food – https://www.chefandbrewer.com/pubs/surrey/prince-of-wales/
Virginia Waters
Virginia Waters is absolutely stunning. Rug everyone up and explore the waterfall, lake and try and find the totem pole! It’s a wonderful place to take your four legged friend too.

Winkworth Arboretum, near Godalming
Winkworth Arboretum is a tree museum with tons of different tree specimens. You can only image the variety of colours on show.
The Stag on the River pub and hotel backs onto the River Wey and is a gorgeous place to refresh after a blustery walk . Stag on the River https://www.stagontherivereashing.co.uk/
