Expectation: It will take lots of time!
Reality: I provide a bespoke service to my clients and makes it as easy as possible every step of the way. I’m on hand to guide you through the planning process: what to wear, best time of day to have your shoot, through to selecting the perfect ways of presenting your precious family memories for you to enjoy every day. I do all the leg work for you, saving you precious time!
Expectation: It will be stressful with the kids and we’ll have to pose…
Reality: Absolutely not! My photoshoots are all about having fun and capturing you all very naturally, unposed and relaxed.
Expectation: There will be surprise costs after the shoot.
Reality; Nope! I’m totally transparent with my pricing.
My session fee includes my time and expertise before, during and after the shoot. After the session, I select the very best images and hand edit each individually. About two weeks after your shoot I come to you for a viewing and ordering session, it is during this session that you choose which prints and products you love and would like to purchase .
It is very important to me that clients fully understand the investment before they book a session with me so there are no nasty surprises.
Expectation: There will be a high pressured sales process after the session.
Reality: Absolutely not! My job is to capture memories that you will treasure forever and be a constant reminder how wonderful and precious your family is. I am not there to sell you anything that you don’t truly love. I’m there to serve you, to provide my knowledge, expertise and creativity, to help with image selection, design of bespoke wall galleries or perhaps an heirloom album.
